Employee Messages Screens

Your time clock administrators can use our messaging system to send messages to one, a group, or all of your employees. Messages can be fixed to display on your time clocks (like a bulletin board) or be shown as popup messages to employees when they punch in or out. You can even require employees to acknowledge that they have read a message and then view a report showing you who has (and hasn't) made that acknowledgement.

The message acceptance report gives you a report of which employees have acknowledged that they've read a message that administrators require them to.
