The Time Off Report

The Time Off Report gives a detailed break down of all time taken off by the employee during the report period. This includes time classified as sick, vacation, PTO, and other. It also gives a summary of vacation and sick time taken over all time, as well as vacation and sick time owing at the end of the reporting period and at the time the report was run.

The Time Off Report can be found on the Payroll Reports screen. You run the report for all employees, some employees or a particular department.

This report can be viewed within Online Time Clock MTS, in pdf, or exported to csv (comma delimited file) which can be opened in MS Excel or many other spreadsheet or database programs. The report can be printed from any of these formats.
